Returns & Replacements

Return Conditions

We accept return and replacement within 48 hours of order delivery.

Please be informed that unless the product you have received has been defective upon delivery, the product you wish to return shall be undamaged, intact, unused, not opened and in its original re-sellable state.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Defective Items: If the item is damaged and defective upon arrival there will be no return fee (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Return & Replacement: If the item is in good condition, but you wish to return it, a delivery fee will incur.

Important Notice: Return disputes will only be taken into consideration within 48 hours of order delivery.

  • Return Disputes: Return disputes will only be considered within 48 hours of order delivery.
  • Size Selection: To minimize returns, please refer to the sizing charts provided and contact our customer care representatives for assistance in choosing the correct size.
  • Reimbursement: Returns will be processed in the form of points equivalent to the monetary value.
